The land package alone starts around ₹1.2 lakh per person. Season, lodge category, reserve vs private conservancy, and road vs flight transfers are the biggest cost drivers.

The Hyderabad–Nairobi international flight is quoted separately so you can use your preferred airline, fare class or miles. We help you pick the right routing and timing. The Nairobi–Masai Mara leg can be included either as a road transfer or a light-aircraft flight.

No. There is no regular non-stop flight from Hyderabad (HYD) to Nairobi, so most itineraries connect once via Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi or Mumbai, taking roughly 10–14 hours in total. From Nairobi you continue to the Mara by a 45–60 minute light-aircraft flight (mostly from Nairobi Wilson Airport) or a 5–6 hour road transfer.

Fly from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) at Shamshabad to Nairobi with one stop, usually via a Gulf hub or via Mumbai for the non-stop Mumbai–Nairobi flight. From Nairobi, take a bush flight to a Mara airstrip or drive with your safari guide. We coordinate the connection, transfers and timings end to end.

Five to six days works best: one day each way for travel and three to four nights in the Mara. Because the journey from Hyderabad involves a connection, we usually recommend bush flights from Nairobi on shorter trips so safari time is not lost to long road transfers.

July to October for the Great Migration, with August and September usually best for Mara River crossings. January to March offers good resident wildlife and fewer vehicles. April to June is the most affordable, though April and May bring the long rains and some camps close.

Yes, in practice. India requires a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate from travellers arriving from Kenya, and those without one can face quarantine on return. Get vaccinated at an authorised centre at least 10 days before departure. The certificate is valid for life.
